I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.DO NOT BOOK WITH BRI.. not only did she cancel my appointment last minute, it took her over a week to get back in contact with me to reschedule the appointment. (I couldn’t go elsewhere because the deposit is ridiculous and took $167 of mine, literally 65% of the service just to get treated this way). After FINALLY getting an appointment with her that worked for both of us, she was LATE to the appointment SHE set which then made me unable to pick my son up from daycare. I was there from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, all I wanted was all over DARK BROWN color with a SMALL money piece.. I left with ORANGE/RED hair. My hair was LIGHTER when I left than it was when I arrived.. I asked to go DARKER. I *very hesitantly* still paid the remainder of the payment because she promised to fix my hair two days later. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP TO FIX MY HAIR. I called and text multiple times with no response, I asked for my money back and have yet to hear back from her.I will attach the reference photo, my hair before and after.DO NOT BOOK WITH BRI.UPDATE on 09/20/2024 : DO NOT BOOK WITH BRI. I very politely asked for my money back considering my hair was NOT what I asked for and I still have not received a response from her. I texted her today and my number is now blocked so we can no longer communicate. I spent twice the amount of money to have somebody else FIX what Bri had done to my hair. The lease she could do is give me a refund, but nope, I am officially blocked which is completely unprofessional. I will continue to post here until a refund is received.

Don’t waste your money or time here. She’s not respectful of time and doesn’t take it serious enough. She made me miss a family event for over an hour late, TWICE. The price of the service doesn’t not match the quality and she just drama dumps on you while she vapes and gets distracted, save your money and go somewhere they value your time.

I hadn't had my hair professionally colored or cut in years - then I found Bri! She actually got me in on the same day and I am so glad she did. Bri is meticulous when it comes to color and cut. My hair has never been better. I took her sage advice for adding special products during the color process to protect my hair and it shows. The color is simply amazing and I've received countless compliments. Not only that, but even when I wake up with bedhead, it looks messy cute which suits me just fine for a day running errands or in the garden. Thank you Bri - you're a true craftswoman and artist!

It's tough finding a stylist who can do a good job, I've tried at least 4. My hairstyle is not unique, but my hair is difficult to work with. Bri is EXCELLENT! She knows my hair and makes it look so good, which is hard. I don't even have to tell her what to do, she just knows, and I trust her to make it look good. Her salon is clean, cute, and cozy. She's always kind and professional too.
